For tasks that require a large surface area, or jobs that use large, wide dies, Brrit 4 Pillar Presses are an ideal solution. A 4 Pillar frame is the most stable and robust design for a press when access area is not a concern. Our 4 Pillar frames range from 1 Ton to 50 Ton, and in the following 3 options: Plain, Anti-rotation guide and Guided Moving Platen, with stroke lengths ranging from 50mm travel stroke and 6mm power stroke, to 150mm approach and 24mm power stroke. Larger stroke models and special frame sizes are available as per customer request.
Add-on options include: Load Cell, Pressure Regulator, Light curtain safety sensors, Air pressure switch, Hydraulic pressure transducer, Multi-Stroke Mode, Return stroke parking, Power stroke control, PLC control panel.
Z Series system combinations are made as per customer requirements, at upto a maximum of 30 Ton force.
